Woofs from the FurKids

We’re really glad you found us and we hope you enjoy our web site. We’re having some great fun making it all happen. Pardon the pun, but this is our pet project, and so we’re working very hard on it because we want our web site to be enjoyable for everyone. We’d love to have you and let us know how we’re doing and maybe tell us what you’d like to see here. We can’t promise it will happen, but we’ll sure listen and we’ll definitely consider all your suggestions. It would be great fun if you would talk to us on our blog!

Nissa and I don’t know what blogging is or does but Mom said she’ll help us. That’s good because we have a real hard time with our paws on those things called “keyboards” and pushing around that clicky thing Mom calls a “mouse.” I thought mice were furry little rodents to chase around and feed cheese to. You humans sure do have some strange words for things! Maybe these mice are best left to the cats, heh? Cats are lots more coordinated than dogs are with things like mice since they get all that practice batting things around.

One time when Mom wasn’t looking, Nissa grabbed that mousy thing off Mom’s desk and carried it off to the living room. I told her to put it back, that Mom would be real mad, but she wouldn’t listen to me. Said she wanted to find out what a mouse tasted like. She told me it didn’t taste so good and after a couple minutes, she just left it lay there – where Mom found it. I thought we were gonna be in BIG trouble. Mom’s real protective of her computer stuff and doesn’t like anyone playing with things on her desk. (Wonder how long it’s going to take her to find my nose print on the computer screen?)

After she found the mouse laying on the living room floor, she didn’t throw a hissy fit or anything, but she did ban us from her office when she wasn’t home. Ah well, the chairs in there aren’t real comfy anyway and Nissa keeps trying to steal MY place under Mom’s desk! I tell ya, a guy just can’t get no respect around here!

Mom says this blogging thing should be a lot of fun and that we might even make some new online blog friends. What self-respecting dog do you know that doesn’t wanna have fun and lots of great friends?

I don’t have one particular place, I go wherever I need to go to get answers and find out what I need to know. Some of it is just plain old common sense and experience of years of living with dogs. Dogs themselves can be very good teachers.

    Hi Diablo,

Thanks for stopping by, we’re so glad you did!

I’ll have Mom take a look at DoodleKisses and I’ll check it out myself, too. Our web site is not nearly done so maybe she can add what you asked about. Sounds like a fun place, thanks for the suggestion.

    Hello,

My name is Diablo, and I have one sister and 3 brothers. My sister is the only one lucky enough to be a German Shepherd like myself. One brother of mine is a German Shorthair Pointer mix, and the other two are cats.

Anyway, I’ve been searching for a website similar to the one my friend has found. He’s a Golden Doodle, and visits a website named DoodleKisses.com. It’s a fun website to visit. You can post pictures, write blogs, ect. Maybe you can take a look at it and see what you think??

Well, it’s time for me to take my afternoon nap. I’ll check back in later.

    Thank you,

    Diablo Veldboon
